This is presented in the form of a prefilled syringe containing 0.5 ml of vaccine or in the form of solution for injection in multidose vial (10x 0.5 ml or 20 x 0.5 ml)- box of 1. RESTRICTED TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER TWO YEARS OF AGE. The solution is clear and colourless. A single injection ensures protection. Revaccination should be performed every 3 years if the risk of exposure continues. The vaccination schedule is the same for children and for adults.

Fainting in response to injection ? Headache (cephalalgia) ? Cough, wheezing, respiratory discomfort (asthma) ? Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain (abdominal pain) ? Rash, sometimes swollen and itchy (pruritus, skin rash, urticaria) ? Joint and muscle pain ? Fatigue, generally feeling unwell.
Because of the seriousness of the disease and in case of high risk of exposure to typhoid fever, pregnancy is not a reason not to administer the vaccine. Please evaluate the need for vaccination in pregnancy. This vaccine can be used during breast feeding.
Keep out of the reach of children. Store at +2°C to +8°C. Transportation should also be at +2°C to +8°C. Do not freeze. Discard vaccine if frozen. Protect from light.
